These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the inbox services provided by Frostmailer.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided
Frostmailer.com offers inbox setup, support, and management services. These services may include email inbox provisioning (e.g., Google Workspace/Outlook), DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and general deliverability support.

2. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly per active inbox. Billing begins once the onboarding form is submitted. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
No refunds will be issued once the inbox setup is complete.

3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel, email us at support@frostmailer.com.
A minimum 5-day notice prior to your renewal date is required.
Your inboxes will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Late cancellation requests may result in a charge for the next cycle.

4. Inbox Usage Limits
To ensure deliverability and avoid suspension:
Google inboxes: max 15 emails per day.
Outlook inboxes: max 8 emails per day.
Frostmailer.com reserves the right to suspend inboxes that exceed limits without refund.

5. Account & Domain Ownership
Domains provided with inboxes are property of Frostmailer.com and are not transferable.
Clients are granted usage rights only for the duration of their active subscription.
Domains are revoked upon cancellation or termination of services.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are fully responsible for all email activity conducted through our services.
Usage must comply with all applicable laws and Google's Terms of Service.
Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Google Suspensions
We are not liable for inbox or domain suspensions initiated by Google or other email providers. Suspensions are typically due to content, sending volume, or spam complaints — all of which are the client’s responsibility.

8. Refund Policy
No refunds are issued after inboxes are delivered and setup is complete.
If no onboarding form is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a refund.
Disputes initiated after services are used are not eligible for refund.
If Google or Outlook Suspend your accounts due to content, sending volume, or spam complaints — all of which are the client’s responsibility, there will be no refund Issued.

9. Intellectual Property
All service content, documentation, and systems are owned by Frostmailer.com and protected by copyright and IP laws.

10. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to inbox delivery, account suspensions, or domain restrictions.

11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate services without notice if clients breach these Terms or violate usage limits, spam policies, or legal requirements.

12. Compliance
Our services are intended strictly for Business-to-Business (B2B) communications. Use for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) is strictly prohibited.

13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
